W.C.S is founded on the principle that Jesus Christ is central in all areas of life. To achieve that goal, the school works in cooperation with the home in the education of covenant children. Foremost in every classroom should be the idea that the teacher is a representative of the school and the home. As a representative, a teacher should expect every form of respect both within and outside of the classroom for students. Specific details of individual classroom discipline are a matter for each classroom teacher to decide. Conduct appropriate to young Christians will be emphasized.
