Tuition/Financial Aid

WCS offers multiple options for families to pay tuition. Families can receive a 5% discount by paying tuition in full prior to the start of the new school year, or families can also receive a 2% discount if they choose to pay off a full semester at a time. If you are unable to take advantage of those payment options, we also offer a 10 month and 12 month payment plan.
WCS offers discounts to families who are members of Wayside Chapel. We also are currently offering discounts to new families who choose to send their children to WCS. The new family discount is 50% off of tuition for the first year, and 25% off of tuition for the second year.

Tuition Tax Credit

You may claim a nonrefundable tax credit of $500 or $1,000 for tuition and curriculum expenses at WCS. This provision which is only available to families whose children attend non-chartered, nonpublic schools was signed into law June 30, 2021 as part of the State Budget Bill (HB110). This credit can be applied to your state tax liability when you file your income tax return. You may claim up to $500 if your household income is less than $50,000 and $1,000 if your household income is $50,000 or greater but less than $100,000.

Financial Aid

WCS is able to offer limited financial aid for families who qualify based off of need. Families who wish to be considered for financial assistance may complete an application of consideration through an outside vendor who will give the school a recommendation for the amount of financial assistance that is needed. In addition to this, WCS families are also able to apply for scholarships from two separate scholarship granting organizations. You can find out more about these scholarships by clicking on the links below. For more financial aid information please contact the school office.
